The German Association of Mergers & Acquisitions e.V. (BM&A) under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kai Lucks is an association and representation of interests of M&A experts from companies that promote process thinking and exchange around M&A. The major goal of the BM&A is the improved exchange of experience on the operational M&A level and as a result a significantly improved performance at M&A. The association pursues its goals across institutions and disciplines as well as internationally. With working groups and an extensive event program, the association offers access to M&A networks and contacts relevant to the industry. Since January 1, 2015, M&A REVIEW, as the leading magazine for the M&A industry, has also been the official publication organ of the BM&A. A dedicated editorial section creates space for association-related topics, news, announcements, member presentations and events.
