This year, digiweek M&A will take place for the first time from 14 to 18 June 2021. The target group for this digital format is all M&A professionals in Europe and beyond who are interested in tools and solutions to simplify the M&A process.
Each day will have its own motto. For example, Day 1 will present tools & solutions for the M&A strategy phase in the area of target screening and deal sourcing; Day 2 will focus on tools & solutions for efficient transaction execution; Day 3 will showcase solutions in the area of carve-outs and integration; and Day 4 will focus on the current cyber risks and data protection issues in the area of an M&A transaction. Day 5 is a Start-up & Venture Day dedicated entirely to the new players in this very young market segment. Here, new (or established) companies will be presented with their new ideas and technologies.
The week from 14 to 18 June does not claim to present all M&A tools and solutions on the market. Given the large number of solutions available, this would not be possible. However, it is rather meant to be an impulse generator for which topics can be covered in the context of a transaction process with the help of technical tools.
And the good thing about this online event is that this content will also be available – at least in part – to registered users at later dates (keyword: media library). This ensures that users will be kept informed about news and updates in the daily programme, but also in the future about changes and news in the market for M&A tools & solutions in general.
And for this purpose, relevant providers will show their solutions.
