Prof. Dr. oec. HSG Korbinian Eichner, M.A. HSG is a professor of business administration and corporate finance at Pforzheim University, as well as a lecturer in corporate finance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Mr. Eichner is the author of various practice-oriented articles in the areas of corporate finance, M&A and company valuation. Before his appointment, Mr. Eichner worked for the management consultancy KPMG AG in Munich and Zurich, as well as for the Swiss bank UBS AG in Zurich
