Since 1973, The “Club des Trente” brings together more than 90 CFO and leaders (mostly from CAC 40) of French biggest companies. The association through its members represents more than 6.000.000 employees, 1.400 billion € of revenues and 1.200 billion € of market capitalization.
Our mission is to organise debates on key purposes for our companies’ growths and strategies. We meet once a month to discuss best practices, news with top executives such as Ministers, CEO, artists…
The Club express concern on relevant current political, technological, tax-related, economical issues on various formats (press article, conferences, etc.). For example, in 2009, the Club was involved at Assemblée National with Mr. Jean-Pierre Jouyet (former President of Autorité des Marchés Financiers) or was represented in several editions of Rencontres Economiques d’Aix.
At least, each year, the Club organise Finance prize rewardingthe best financial operations in different categories:
• M&A;
• Financing, restructuring;
• New in 2020: Audience award.
In 2021, it is the 21st edition of this awards. Over the years, the prize is one of the best-known finance rewards in France for financial operations. Since its creation, we had winners such as AirLiquide, Dassault Système, PSA group, Saint-Gobain, Sanofi, BNP Paribas…
Our association is presided by Sophie Stabile (Lagardère CFO). Our previous President were: Antoine Burel (Legrand), Philippe Marien (Bouygues), Laurent Guillot (Saint Gobain), Gervais Pellissier (Orange), Dominique D’Hinnin (Lagardère), Frank E. Dangeard (Thomson) et Guillaume Gasztowtt (Promodès).
